Step 1

Ok, you first have to Jailbreak your phone. Since you are mac losers- you want this:

It should be straight forward for you to install i.e.

1. Iphone plugged in.
2. Itunes closed – Make sure you turn off the setting in itunes which opens itunes when iphone connected
3. Run the crack for it

It will reboot the phone, gay wee pic comes up.. and then it should restart. I believe you will also get a prompt on your comp telling you the good news of crackage.

Step 2

Ok, now on your homescreen on the iphone you want to navigate to an icon named “Blackra1n”. Run this, and select to install Cydia.

Reboot your phone.

Step 3

Navigate to Cydia.

1. On the bottom row, select Manage.
2. Select Sources
3. In the top right, select Edit.
4. Now on the top left Add should appear.
5. Enter the url: http://cydia.hackulo.us
6. Accept any prompts.
7. It will now appear in the Sources list
8. Go into it, and install AppSync for OS 3.1
9. Then Installous
10. Reboot iPhone

Step 4

Now an icon will appear on the home list named “Installous”. This is basically the repository for all the apps you can access. It is slooow.

Once it finally loads, you will notice an icon at the top for Search. Well, self explanatory. But I’ll give an example….

Search Var: Redlaser

This will return the result… scroll to the bottom.

Select the newest version (2.2.0). You are now given a list of links. Select any, but now be annoyed as appscene links uses verification and it is difficult to read- and is caps sensitive. So expect a few tries.

Once that’s done, select install. It will do it’s thing, and once at 100% you can exit and ta-da there it is on your home icons.

It’s pretty difficult to properly break the iphone- if you manage it, hats off to you.
